Mission
Joshua Meyer is an ordained pastor, biblical counselor, and spiritual formation leader with a deep conviction that true healing is found in Jesus Christ. His work is centered on guiding individuals into restoration at the level of the heart—where identity is formed, wounds are carried, and transformation becomes possible.
With a pastoral presence and a structured, Christ-centered approach, Joshua creates an environment where people are not only heard, but deeply seen, known, and invited into lasting change. His counseling is not about surface-level solutions, but about walking with individuals into alignment with truth, identity, and the living presence of Christ.

Method
Calling & Formation
Joshua holds a Master of Divinity from Grand Canyon Seminary, with focused training in theological exegesis, biblical counseling, trauma-informed care, and Internal Family Systems (Parts Work). His work reflects a unique integration of biblical theology and intentional spiritual formation practices, allowing him to address both the spiritual and emotional dimensions of healing.
He is passionate about helping individuals move beyond symptom management into true transformation—where the truth of Scripture is not only understood, but experienced and lived.
Ministry Leadership
Joshua serves as an Associate Pastor at Spring Hills Baptist Church, where he plays a significant role in leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care within a thriving church community. His work includes preaching, teaching, counseling, and developing environments where individuals can grow in biblical literacy, spiritual maturity, and authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
He also leads and develops ministry initiatives focused on youth, seniors, young adults, and spiritual formation, equipping the next generation to walk in truth, identity, and purpose.
Author & Teacher
Joshua is also an author of spiritual formation works and transformation field guides, designed to help individuals continue their healing journey beyond counseling sessions. His writing focuses on identity, healing, and practical ways to walk in alignment with Christ in everyday life.
He is passionate about equipping people not only to experience breakthrough, but to sustain it through intentional rhythms, practices, and continued growth.
Founder | Train To Reign Ministries
Joshua is the founding visionary and Vice President of Train To Reign Ministries, a nonprofit spiritual formation ministry devoted to helping men and women become who they were created to be in Christ.
Through retreats, discipleship environments, teaching, and counseling, Train To Reign has helped facilitate deep healing and transformation in the lives of thousands of individuals. The ministry is built on the belief that every person is called to live with spiritual authority, freedom, and intimacy with God.
Joshua’s leadership within Train To Reign reflects his passion for creating intentional environments where people encounter God, experience healing, and step into their identity with clarity and confidence.
